Led the Institutes’s Research and Innovation area overseeing data collection initiatives and ensuring the quality management of research projects. Coordinated along two years a comprehensive satisfaction and return over investment research campaign on The Latin American Congress of Free Software and Open Technologies (Latinoware), currently the largest event in the area of Free Technologies in Latin America. Responsible for a customer satisfaction and mystery shopper research campaign for one of Brazil's largest financial institutions, spanning 10 cities and 20 branches providing insights to stakeholders. This multifaceted experience established my skills in time management, critical thinking, problem-solving, organization, and communication, facilitating seamless collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Provided research and technical support within the Tourism Intelligence and Strategy Coordination, contributing to the development of regional tourism initiatives and conducting comprehensive diagnoses. Played a key role in the creation of Paraná's Tourist Intelligence System, facilitating data collection, analysis, and dissemination to support informed decision-making and strategic planning.
Assisted in the quality assessment of the Itaipu Tourist Complex for over 4 years, contributing to enhancing the visitor experience at the Itaipu Hydroelectric Plant. Aided in the development and execution of the Study on the Impacts of Covid-19 on Companies in Foz do Iguaçu. This experience developed my skills in data analysis, organizational management, and leadership. Provided technical support for social projects such as "Capacita Foz", which successfully trained over 2250 individuals in qualification courses in tourism, commerce, and customer service post-pandemic.
